Terms of service
These terms cover quotes and cleaning service from Riva Pro Cleaning in Orlando and Central Florida. They are written in plain language. Last updated October 28, 2026.
Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book. A quote is based on what you tell us about the space, the type of cleaning, and your schedule. If the home or workspace is meaningfully different from what was described, we will talk with you and confirm a revised quote before continuing.
Every job is one flat price, confirmed in your quote before anything is booked. You are not billed by the hour.
Standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday appointments are available on request. Service is available in Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Celebration, and every community across Central Florida.
If you need to move or cancel a visit, call (689) 600-2720 or email hello@rivamaids.com as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Please make sure we can get into the home or workspace at the scheduled time and let us know about pets, alarm systems, or areas you do not want cleaned. For move cleaning, the space should be empty so we can reach cabinets, the refrigerator, and every room.
